Joop van der Linden (1966) - trombone player

Graduated from Conservatory Amsterdam, both on modern and classical music. Played symphony orchestras, salsa and reggae bands, toured Florida with a Big Band. Toures the Dutch stages frequently with the Amsterdam Klezmer Band and Cousin X, together with this trio's sax player. He worked on projects with Khaled, François Thuillier, Serge Adam en Michel Godard. He composes music for his own five piece band Linden, a modern bigband The Noordpool Composers Orchestra, the Say No More Brass Band and for various concert and brass bands. At the moment he is composing the soundtrack for a theatershow.
